Work Experiences

Mohamed Mesbah is the Head of Human Resources at FCIPD, MBA, CMgr FCMI, Assessor, Lecturer, TV Speaker and Motivational Speaker

Mesbah proved himself as an integral part of the organization's development through his progressive HR counsel to the country leadership team.

From a HR practitioner perspective, Mesbah's experiential learning combined with post graduate academic rigor proved to be a very valuable asset in the strategizing of the new organization's developmental journey. His "steady hand" in guiding the mainly nascent management team with the practical application to Tuckman’s organizational development theory of "forming, storming, norming & performing" was a notable accomplishment
